It still wont start

I have downloaded the VC++ 2015 redist package, but do i have to do anythink with it, i installed it and then restarted my computer. Any ideas? Thanks

Still missing gameplay information

I read the manual but there are still key gameplay elements that are not explained: What do each of the equipment pieces do? What are the default X360 Gamepad controls (I'm pressing all of the buttons but I can't seem to activate my equipment item on the first stage)?...
