Possibility of Vsync Option?
In full screen whenever the screen moves the screen ripping that happens makes me a bit nauseous I would love to be able to turn vSync on. If I'm missing the setting I'm sorry but otherwise I hope you guys could add it. Absolutely amazing game I can already tell btw! :steamhappy:

Vsync would be nice... or borderless fullscreen option. Screen tearing is killing me. Great game otherwise. :)

I have the same issue with Screen tearing. Seeing how the game is locked to 60 FPS already it wouldn't hurt to have an option for it.

Hello! Sorry for that issue.
As far as I know, the v-synch option in the engine we use does absolutely nothing. It's unfortunate, I know.
I'm going to take a look if any solutions may have appeared since then, it's been a while. If I find anything, I'll post an update here!

I haven't had the problems you guys have, but can't you just force vsync in your video card's control panel? Learn to PC game guys ;p

Hey the scanline guy! The obvious first course of action... forcing vsync via control panel does not work for me unfortunately.

I know that having some programs open (for example OBS) can cause the screen tearing. I advise trying to run the game with as little stuff open as possible and check if something is causing any sort of interference.

If you are on Windows 7, the Aero thing could also be causing it. Try switching it on/off

Forcing Vsync through D3DOverrider works for this game.

Ah, that stinks. Definitely try D3DOverride like Slime suggested. I haven't needed it recently, but it often works in games where no other option will (not sure why).

Now I wanna see if I can get (slight) scanlines in this game :cgrazz:

Thank you Mr. Slime, this works for me.

Thanks for the help! I plan on playing this more tomorrow I'll give the suggestions a shot and see if they work :)

Forcing vsync with D3DOverrider doesn't work for me. Is there a trick? I installed RivaTuner 2.24c and started "D3DOverrider.exe". Then I added "MomodoraRUtM.exe" with application level detection "medium", force tripple buffering "on" (and "off") and force vsync "on". I'm on Windows 8.1 with a GTX 860M (which is set as default in the Nvidia control panel).

It doesn't work for me either. I've tried everything.

I used Global Vsync and Triple Buffering (I didn't add the .exe of the game). Then just start the game with D3DOverrider running in the background.

Maybe try Global instead of that .exe you've added?

I've tried both global and the application itself, with D3DOverrider, and it still doesn't work. I have Nvidia GTX 760M, and Windows 8.1.

had the same problem, i went to nvidia control pannel -> manage 3D Settings -> program settings tab -> add button -> select the path of the executable -> go to the vertical vsync in the list at the bottom, set it to "on" instead of chosen by application, and everything is ok
it would be nice not to have to do that though :)
