safe trainer?
Anyone know of a safe place to get a trainer for this game. The boss fights are really tedious and unrealistic. I'd like to just tweak the xp without getting overpowered and without killing tons of NPC's.

Thanks

Depending on what point in the game you are, it may be simpler to just restart on story mode, or acquire a savegame from before the exp exploit was patched.

Otherwise, respec to something that works better with limited exp, do more investigations and unlock hints. I recommend staying away from trainers since they're mostly on sketchy as hell sites. Good chance running one could eff your computer sideways.

Git gud!!! (JK) I mean, the bosses aren't too hard if you're within 10 levels of them. Heal the sick, rest often to respawn enemies and farm the heck out of materials.. That said, there are times, if you aren't killing civilians where you'll feel underpowered. But those times pass. I did spend a lot of time on a few areas where I wasn't really supposed to be yet and the enemies were all 15 levels higher than me, but a few quests remedied that for me.

well if your thinking trainers then www.cheathappens.com are a good place and they do trainers for lots of games but they do have a few free trainers but most are either purchased or subscription based

I too, have been looking for a trainer/table to give me unlimited xp for a genocide run but couldn't find a working one. The ones I found were all outdated and broken, except for Mr.Antifun.

If you just want exp for a genocide run, you may look on nexusmod for the Lv50 Savegame.
It was created with the pre-patched OP-Cheat.
You should be able to use it without the fear of getting reduced to Lv1, which is said to happen if you use cheats like trainers or moneycheat etc.

Mr.Antifun

^ What he said. Mr.Antifun trainers actually support the latest patch (v.1.3).

Mr.Antifun's trainer doesn't effect XP. I used the Level 50 save on Nexusmods for while. My problem is that I never got the last hint for Sean to get the ending that ends with him alive and NOT a blood bath. Save system was designed to screw you over if you make a mistake.

As much as I've been enjoying this game...I don't want to start over a 3rd time because of this. So, I'm probably going to move on to something else.

I second this source. They have been very reliable for years, and cover nearly every single game you can think of. It's not free for everything as its mainly run through subscriptions, but you dont need to worry about trojans like you do with random trainers and downloads. Years ago I paid one lump fee for lifetime access and in over 200 games I've yet to find a Single Player game they didnt have a trainer that works ready within 2-3 days after release ready to use. They also keep most up to date when patched, usually within a few days of the client updates.

Use a trainer that boosts exp gain rate.

It is really worth it become a cheathappens subscriber. I bought a life-time subscription years ago and all of there trainers worked!
