Crafting the treatment for fatigue

So i have accidently used the sodium hypochlorite for a different potion and now im stuck. can anyone tell me where to get some more?

The only advice I can offer you is look for the pawnbroker NPC around the hospital. He sells medical ingredients, but I'm not 100% sure if he sells what you need.

He's the Indian guy hanging around one of the tents outside, just before you take the road leading to Whitechapel.

I've done the same thing as well. The guy who sells gun parts right outside the hospital does not sell what you need either. At this point I think a restart is the only way to continue now.

NO! There are two store owners around the hospital. The guy who drives the ambulance sells guns. There's a pawn broker around the back who sells medical ingredients. I don't remember his name, just that he's some indian guy who works around one of the tents.

I was only able to find the guy who sells guns. No one else around the hospital. I went to another district and got it from a drop on a human enemy though.

or you could just have gone into the other parts of the city and kills enemies, who drop the stuff a lot. I could craft a lot more if I wanted too now.
