First of all to prove this game is considered a fail only 100k copies got sold, and plan was to sell 1million copies to be considered a success sure(google steamdb and news sites or dont comment against my argument before u do that)... not gonna happen with this unoptimized downgraded trashy game, cant believe they released this fail console port without any testing, getting trough the hospital area is a nightmare in this game with all the lag spikes and stutters, which is increcible and not logical at all why some parts of the game runs 60+ fps...

Cant belive this fkers optimized only the first hour of the game so you can have 60 fps even with low systems on ultra settings, all stupid benchmarks are a lie bec lets face it ppl who benchmark games will do it only the first minutes, they will not play more than 1 hour and devs knew that.

I dont recomment this game, its a illussion it will run like ♥♥♥♥♥, after u find that out its to late, cant refund it anymore, thankfully I got to hospital area before I reached 2 hours so I can refund it, so be ware of this trick they pulled here. They optimized very well the "prologue" of the game

PS the game already got downgraded, unreal engine is a pice of ♥♥♥♥♥ engine. Now you know why this ♥♥♥♥♥ game got delayed, so they can siit on theyr ♥♥♥ in office and manually remove objects/effects from the world so peasant consoles can have solid 30 fps, same fkking story repeats again as it was with witcher 3, however this game does not deserve to be compared with witcher 3, it was not looking that good even on e3 presentation, that still bothers my mind on why the fk they downgraded it in the first place, it didnt look that demanding after all, im not gonna even go further talking about the missing gore and blood on freaking vampire game meh. So this is it folks, my proudest refund ever on steam.

This does not include console sales, or steam sales not reported on steamdb (there is a setting in steam to not release your purchase information, that's why steamdb says "estimated sales". Conservatively, if we assume 100k for both consoles digitally, and another 50k for physical purchases for each console incentivised by individual store marketing schemes. That's 400k, which is not bad for a non-AAA game.

Game runs fine for me. There's some stuttering here and there, but that's to be expected in a new release. Your "argument" is, "I stubbed my toe on this couch, so it is an objectivly bad couch in every area one could possibly judge a couch!"

well the game is running constantly between 60 - 122 fps (i set that as the maximum since i got a 120hz screen) but it is almost never fluid. Stutters everywhere, inconsistent load times and everything

In terms of gameplay the only thing bothering me is the lock on enemies since your camera actually follows automatically the target, which results in very unwanted collisions most of the times

Yes its janky but its also an AA game, guess it comes with the package. I remember enjoying Witcher 1 / Stalker 1 at release and these games were less than stellar in terms of optimisation too

While I understand the immersion breaking reality of a stuttering engine, it also does not break a game if it remains more than playable throughout, which is the case here. its not perfect but its absolutely playable as is. I dont think it will sell like hotcakes because its actually very divisive in terms of structure to begin with
