Docks Quest: Find the lost necklace - where in the world is that?

I spent an hour roaming every centimeter of the Docks in the designated quest area, a quite large area of The Docks, near the tavern there.

I just cannot find that damn necklace.

Is it in some god-forsaken, obscure, impossible place or i have to do something special to get it? I lost hope by now.

Turn towards the beach from the mom house. Turn on vampire sight, you’ll see blood trails leading to a small cave. Good chance you saw this when you first started the game.

Yeah I also could not find the necklace at first till I turned on vampire sight then followed the
blood trail to the cave hideout. Spent almost 10 to 20 minutes looking around the docks for it.
