Type this in google:
little nightmares walkthrough leeches pit
Now, the reason I tell you to do this is because it will give you a nice layout with video and text to pick from. Anytime you get stuck, just change the "leeches pit" to something elss, or if it's another game, change the game name. You can sub walkthrough, too, and even leave it out.
It is extremely helpful for games like this. I mean, I haven't played it yet, but I can see the google worked. I might need it myself.
There IS a path there, stay calm and look for open spaces, and KEEP JUMPING. A LOT of...tricky situations in this game need little hops to get over as well as outright running/climbing.
We finished the main game and just got stuck in one place (maybe we were a little bit tired?), but we left for that day and the next time we played, we figured out what to do.
You might get stuck once in a while, but maybe you just need take a break and try it later. Sometimes you are tired and you don't even realise, you might just need to reset your brain.
And it's not that bad to take a look on a guide sometimes, because is not like you have to search what to do on any step you take.
