For the second to last phase, assuming you are only playing on normal, the main thing you should focus on solely is avoiding the giant sweeping laser. If you haven't figured this out yet (because the game doesn't really tell you this), you can CHARGE the evade button, and when released you will evade over a much longer distance. I use this when avoiding the sweeping laser, as the margin for error is pretty small when you do not charge it.
As for the last phase, you would use the same tactic you did in the chain's last phase (the first boss). Shoot the spheres that are destructable, and fly through the path you create, then evade over the incoming waves. Remember that you can charge evade, just don't full charge, as that has a tendency to overshoot.
