Disable the Viet Cong Suicide Bomber Sound Effect

I keep hearing HIIEEEE HOEEEEEE periodically every 5 minutes or so. It doesn't make sense as to why I should hear the effect in the first place if I am playing on the americans.

In default gameplay, the Heigh HOOOOOOO voice line is played whenever a VC player gets 7 kills in a row with the Pick Mattock without dying (also triggers an achievement when done for the first time). This continues to play for each Pick Mattock kill in a row after that threshold, until the VC player dies.

Your experience will probably be different if playing on the MEGA Server, which is modded.

It needs to stop. This is supposed to be an immersive tactical shooter, not an arcade shooter like unreal tournament.
