Traps with snakes?
I'm not sure how these traps work, but it could be possible it would be fun

Snake trap was an idea the devs threw for the North weapon/trap vote. But the vote is closed now, and we don't know the results.

I mean, the toe-popper is smaller than a snake, and is also an insta-kill explosion. Punji is an insta-kill lump of texture. The tripwire is a small wire, and two stakes, that insta-kill with an explosion. The snake would hardly be different from the traps in the game.

My guess is the snake would be idle unless it's attacking someone, so you could probably easily shoot it.

If it does get implemented I can see it being really janky both in terms of visuals and the way it performs/affects Gameplay.

I've been against this one since I saw it as an option in the voting list.

traps dont always represent death, they can also represent wounds whic make you combat ineffective. youre no longer in the battle , same as dead.
