Unexpected Error. (Another launcher is already running)

Everytime I try to launch the game I see the same problem: "(Unexpected Error. (Another launcher is already running)". I checked all the files, reinstalled the game and it's still not working. Can anyone help me or does anyone hasve the same problem? Please help !

Check the Task Manager for another Easy Anti-Cheat launcher process, and kill it.

Otherwise, something else is at work.
