Rising Storm 2: Vietnam (Not responding)

Every time I tried to load the game up it kept showing a white or black screen and said the game was not responding, I restarted my PC and the same thing kept happening except the white or black screen did not show up, it would just say the game was not responding. Is there any solution to this?

Same here, can't launch the game since the update ? why aren't the devs doing anything ?
