Having to delete the RS2 folder in my documents every second time I play

I get the start up crash almost every second time I play, deleting the folder in my documents always fixes the issue. However this is getting bloody annoying having to reset my key bindings, change character clothes and disable the god awful HUD and a few other settings.

Anyone else experiencing this?
