Are you sure?
Where are you based to say that?
Was rethinking it so I deleted my post. I don't think that pushing the charging handle back forward will have any effect on it's operation. The charging handle doesn't reciprocate as you're shooting it.
That isn't wrong.
4:40 It's not going forward on it's own will...

It doesn't matter when you use the charging handle when you're out of ammo, just as long as you use it.
Minute: 8:49 Watch the "Bolt" And "Charging Handle"
What is your point? All that matters is that you bring the bolt back to fire again. Weather that is after you run out of ammo and before you change mags or after you change mags. Sequence is irrelevant. It's such a simple concept to understand. Am I missing some detail you're trying to tell me?
I can not believe it, It is okey! It is okey! My point is that in real life the bar is a open bolt weapon! In rising storm 2 it is not! There is a huge difference between a weapon with a closed bolt and an open one! Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer!:) Nice Day!
How is it not an open bolt? You can't reload for 20+1. Weather you choose to pull the bolt back before or after a fresh mag doesn't matter. In RS2 when you reload from being out of ammo the bolt is still forward till you put the fresh mag in and then pull the charging handle back and forward. It is then locked to the rear and ready to fire.
