SERVER LIST EMPTY SOLVED !!
So i even unistalled Steam to fix the empty list. Still didnt work . Anyone know how to fix ? Mixing around with the filters doesnt work .

HOW TO SOLVE :
1. search in Docs/search in Windows for : Rising Storm 2 (Do NOT go into program/86/steamapps etc.)
2. Click it and enter ROGame .
3 Delete the "Config" folder
4. Restart Steam and Rising Storm 2

Try this, open steam,( if your reading this you have). Look at the top left you will see in small letters "View". Click this an set the filters you can join a server here, (the 1st one you want here is servers then the filters

Do you launch the game through Steam ? I've seen some people launch the game using vngame.exe but this don't allow you to play online.
Also check again the server filter especially friendly fire must be on.
Lastly, try deleting your config files (my documents/my games/Rising storm 2/, delete everything in that folder).
