need help is there a level cap on radio man

need help is there a level cap on radio man i cannot pick him in servers even when there is avalible space for it i just want to pick him and follow the commander to learn the ropes of the game

You won't learn much following the commander. Some even prefer the static radios.

From memory I think it might be lvl 5 for radio operator, but don't quote me on that.

Radioman is pretty boring. It's cool role if you have a good commander who don't look at map all the time and actually shoots and moves. But most of the time you will sit 50m behind obj behind cover and just sit there

It depends on the circumstance. Some TL are happy sitting back at stationary. VC commanders may run around more. Either side I am ok with a radioman. As a radioman the things that matter most to me is... You stay still when I am using you and come when called. You do your best to keep me alive while I am using you. Also if I ask you to do something do it. Be it go kill someone or throw your smokes. I may tell you to come back in a few minutes.
