Im new to RS2 and whant to know some good EU servers.

All EU servers are really good, I just always join the one with least ping.

From what I can tell,
> the amount of people using voice chat *AND* speaking American English

I just list by ping, and hell if some asian or american server has better ping than local servers I'll jump on them, lol.

having a high ping to a server is one indicator lol. But on rs sometimes EU servers have a better ping for me than my American one's.
