Calm down mon amie, if you look at the bigger picture you will realise that random bans and impersinations aren't enough to shut down this server for the whole community. Tripwire has to be careful what they do with matters like this. Unless these bans and behaviors come more frequent there's nothing that will happen. This isn't a yes or no quetion.
SQHQ is the owner and operator. If he's impersonating developers then that's an issue.

You know I don't actually think he's impersonating. More a message to the developers or to a certain developer.
"Paid with the same coin". It's a butchered version of the saying "Paid back in the same coin". Which is basically a term for revenge. Treating someone how they treated you.
The admin wants you people to make these threads. To try and have a go at the developers.
We're looking into this and trying to discuss it with the relevant server admin, as neither the server, nor the bans, have anything to do with us.
