Low spec performance tips?

Since I bought the game I struggle with the framerate and whatever I do, still experience performance issues.
My rig is poor however it meets system requirements.
Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit SP1
Intel Pentium E6600 @ 3.06GHz
6GB DDR3
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series
Things I have tried:
Lowering:
*All settings ingame
*DecalCullDistanceScale to 0.250000
*MaxAnisotropy to 1
*MaxShadowResolution to 128
*MaxWholeSceneDominantShadowResolution to 200
*ShadowFadeResolution to 10
*ShadowFadeExponent to 0.15

Disabling as well as enabling:
*All 3 decals
*bUseMaxQualityMode=False
*DynamicLights=False
*DynamicShadows=False
*LightEnvironmentShadows=False
*CompositeDynamicLights=False
*MotionBlur=False
*DepthOfField=False
*AmbientOcclusion=False

I've also tried changing my Steam launch parameters using:
-lowmemory
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES
-malloc=system
-sm4
-high

I'm currently out of ideas so every advice is welcome.

Don't be angry for me but your gpu and cpu maybe is good for ro1, but rs2 run poorly in your setup + 25-35 % have bad performance so you can't play normal...

You can type all low setting in cfg, but your game can seein like "contra game on pegasus".

it might have something to do with a memory leak maybe, when i start up the game it firstly takes around 4/5 gb's of my RAM, but after a few moments it skyrockets all the way up to 7.8GB's, which is very bad cause i have 8GB RAM

I have the same issue, no matter how much RAM do you have, it still jumps to almost maximum amount you have.

Edit: пгбнтмаяе. was right, it was something with RAM.
I changed one more thing in my Steam launch parameters, -maxMem=xxxxx.
In my case it was -maxMem=5500 and it stopped eating that much.
My game worked way better than before, from 18 FPS now I have 60-100 on every Skirmish map and 30-60 on 64 players maps.
I hope it will help somebody.

This game just runs bad. I meet or exceed every recommended spec on store page and can't play a mix of medium/high with all boxes off without still lagging.

If you dont have a good computer dont play this game. I had a bad computer and i was dying so so much because the game was running ok but at close quarters it was always lagging and not registering shots given etc.
