Server and ADMIN commands.....

G'day warriors, server admins and especially you RS2:Vietnam creators,

For the second time around I have decided on behalf of clan members to again purchase an aussie server however when I did this the first time around when the game was full released I found it difficult to admin the server properly using the terrible, buggy and weak webpage admin control.

Those of you that have had a battlefield server would have more than likely used a powerful and fantastic bit of software called PROCON to admin a server easily and make changes on the fly, I realise that this game does not have it's own version of procon even though I stongly wish you did.

Before I purchase a server I need to know how to command and control one as easily as possible;

1. I need to know if the webpage admin control has been fixed?
2. Is it now updated specifically for rs2:nam?
3. How do I config the sever via the webpage and what are some of the config settings, their meanings and effect?
3. What are the console commands and how do I get the server to implement them?
4. How do I make myself a recognised admin without asking the server provider to add me to it as one.
5. HOW do I make other clan members admins and how do I VIP gamers?
6. Can I make changes via console on the fly or must I do it through the webpage forcing a restart of the server?
7. Do console commands work at all?
8. How do admins kick or ban undesirables?
9. How do I give priority to clan members and VIP if the server is full?
10. Changing maps and player amounts without resorting to the webpage?
11. Changing to a specific map?
12. Applying a map vote system if required?
13. etc etc etc what else must I know as an admin?

I will sincerely appreciate any knowledge and positive responses to my post.

So what you are telling me is that this game is utter rubbish and NO ONE should buy it or purchase a server and get maybe 20 clan members into the game, that's what I am reading here because all of your answers are vague and DO NOT provide any substance in regards to setting up a server! Shame on you, a lot of admins power tripping but no real answers, wish I could meet you guys irl.

yes I have and I was told to wait out and help will be be coming. It hasn't.

can i get any help with how to use a "mutator" in rising storm 2 . I have tried several times to run the GreenMenMod. but it will not run, server just defaults back to first map in the cycle. I understand ?mutator=modname.modname but I do not see the name of the mod.so could some one please just type out the command line to show me what i am doing wrong. Thanks
