Barrel of Laughs and Spinal Tap

How do you get these achievements?

Spinal tap is probably 11 spinal shots on a round or full game and i guess barrel of laughs is something similar to other secret achievement (shoot some hidden objective).

I wonder if barrel of laughs has to do with the laughing voice line that happens when you kill someone sometimes as a North and South Vietnamese. Spinal tap must have to do with getting a bunch of spine shots in a row or something.

Achievement description was something like "this one goes to eleven"

I can confirm for Barrel of Laughs you have to find a certain barrel, F5 numpad 7 in the underground tunnels, up against a support beam, and shoot it.
