so, in game, i only saw m61 grenade even in late war of the campaign, will they add M67 grenade in future?

well, after 1967, m67 began to replace m61.

well in game and in real life that was the time the americans fought less and you cant play as them in game so ARVN didnt use that grenade i think

The M67 grenade is a fragmentation hand grenade used by the United States military. The M67 is a further development of the M33 grenade, itself a replacement for the M26-series grenades used during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and the older Mk 2 "pineapple" grenade used since World War I.

ARVN also have a large amount of M67s after 1969.
