msvcp110.dll file missing

Just bought the game and when I open the game is says msvcp110.dll is missing. Any fixes? I reinstalled the program twice and validated the files several times but still no fix that I can find.

Oh wow well then that's definitely a problem, i'm guessing it isnt installing, i remember having this kind of problem but i'm unsure if it was the same error but i'm about 90% sure it was.

This was the version he showed in the video so you can always try this one first and see if that fixes it, if all else fails you can try all of the ones in this link

Same issue here. The redist folder is not there and (re)-installing any Visual-C components didn't work. The game is runniing properly on my PC, but on my laptop it tells me that the .dll is missing..

Found a fix for all the folks that couldn't have their problem solved with these fixes. You are going to have to go into your actual game files to update older versions of the redist folders. I also updated the newest drives for C++ but to no avail until I followed these steps here:
Files>Data (D): (or wherever you hold your steam files>programs>steamapps>common>Risisng Storm 2>_CommonRedist>vcredist. Once you have reached the "vcredist" file folder there will be 2 folders titled "2010" and "2012," which you will click on both and then click on the x86 and x64 files in both the 2010 and 2012 folders, actively updating the necessary files.

After entering the rising storm folder from files>programs>steamapps>common>Risisng Storm 2>, I could not find a file named _CommonRedist.

I only saw the folders:
Binaries
EasyAntiCheat
Engine
ROGame
Soundtrack
418460_install.vdf

Greetings, all of you.

This error message refers to the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 C++ Redistributables (x64) not being installed on the system.

The reason why this issue occurs is because this particular Visual C++ Redistributable is not provided through Windows 10 and 11's Windows Update service automatically.

If not through folder path hunting to find the Steamworks Common Redistributables version of these, acquire them through here: https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=30679

You only need the x64 architecture version of this Redist. Do not install the x86 nor the ARM version.
