What is a serious DSW?
I think he's saying "We got a serious DSW over here". What does DSW stand for?

Doesn't he say, "where's the doc?" afterwards too?

No idea on this one, maybe one of the vets on the forum can provide some insight.

I reckon it's probably something to do with a casualty on the battlefield.

It's GSW, for gun shot wound. "Gee and Dee" can sound alike.

Ah GSW, that makes sense.
When I first played the game as the VietnameseI would often my allies say something like chet ni, which allegedly means die, however it sounds like dead nade or detonate with the accents, so I kept thinking there were Americans nearby who were trying to nade us.

Accents can be a funny thing.
