XP SERVERS PROBLEM
There are servers that grant free xp to players who just log in and wait to level up, those should be shut down given that there is no advantage other than cosmethics in leveling up and I do not see any point in keeping those servers up, it would not be very enjoyable to see new players with lvl 90 skins that's just undeserved.

I see lately an amount of lvl 90 skinned players running around and dying like a lvl 10, pretty much because they are, it just does not look good and in red orchestra 2 this problem did not exist so I think it should be fixed.

Well most of the people enjoy game with everything unlocked. It depends on what you enjoy. Those exp servers might save the game for some people and keep them playing. Only thing i dislike is that it will be hard to see which people is skilled and got to that rank by playing and which ones got there by staying afk at one place.. Anyway they cant ban those people since that would mean banning half of the playerbase which isnt really large anyway.
Bragging rights are reserved for those pesky achievements anyway.
not grinding time.

So...................."dress codes" are needed? Maybe I just want to look a certain way. Like I kitbashed my GI Joe's.

The only downside of these servers will be to recognize who is really a high level player. Since if you have a lev 90-99 TL you may think "he is experienced, let him do his stuff" compared to a lev 1-10 TL where you'll keep an eye if he do his stuff badly. Having these boosting servers will just make players ignore the levels since many new/noobs players would have boosted their way up.

People should play as the game is meant to be played, I want to fly all over the map that does not mean I can do it because people can play however they want, I cannot tell now if a player is experienced or not, wether my tl is a lvl 1 or 100.

if unlockables were just available to lvl 1 aswell as 99 I would be cool with it, I would just like to see the correct lvl next to a player's name, ususally that indicates his skill aswell.

to be fair, flying all over the map directly effects gameplay.

cosmetics do not.

I just joined one of these Servers. I thought this would be a new custom Map so I git excited. Joined, ran around a bit, people started to flame me for moving around. After a short heated discussion I figured out that this is a modded Version of the Shooting range. The round ended, I leveld up alot before I could get the hell out of the Server. Now I'm scared that I'm getting baned or restted for joining the Server. I mean, cosmetics come witout any bonus but it is still Stat boosting, right?

Nvm. The round didn't end, the Server crashed by me moving...

I do not like lvl boosting cosmetics are cosmetics, you are not going to get banned no worries

The thing is, you can "cheat" your way to quick XP even without the specialized maps and servers. I noticed this during the double XP time early on when I joined a skirmish server that had two teams, obviously in cahoots, just taking turns stepping in and out of a capzone. (I obliviously joined and started shooting at the enemy, for which I was soon kicked.)

Similarly, you can probably get a lot of the hard achievements by arranging for a few friends to join an empty server with you. All the "kill X enemies with Y in a single life", for example, can ostensibly be easily achieved with willing victims.

My point being, you can do very little to stop this.

I see you are right, I thought without those servers the xp cheating would be not so common though.
