1. You're right that camouflage is over represented, but the camouflages are correct. Perhaps the marines should only unlock camo once they get to a higher level, and their should be a mixed option, where you have ERDL Pants and OD Shirt or vise versa.
3. Again you are correct that the marines flak jacket was the M-55, not the 3//4th Inch collar vest / M69, but many marines acquired army equipment, including the 3/4th in / m69 vests. Still, I would like to see the m-55 flak for the marines.
2. The factory made camouflage bands were green, but the marines didn't get these so they either went without or made their own out of rubber tire inner tubes. The black bands are correct for the marines, but the army should have the green elastic bands. I would also like to see a helmet with no band for the marines.
I agree with your 1st point 100%, on choosing whether or not to have that camo. After a bit of research on your 2nd (or technically 3rd) point, you're right on those headbands. Still, some did get green headbands, but not as common as in the army. I would like to see maybe even customizable headbands where you choose color or if you want foilage or not
There are 2 ways of adding camo, put it under the camouflage band, or through the button hole slits int he camouflage cover.
heres an album I threw together of soldiers and marines in vietnam with extra camouflage on their helmets: http://imgur.com/a/tCAqn
