Chopper spawning options.

So it seems that the default spawning option is a chopper. How do I make it so as every time I spawn I don't have to click on one of the ground locations to spawn?

The simple fact is 90% of chopper pilots are not landing they are for some reason crashing and hoping they don't kill everyone. Hell in my last game the pilot crash landed at the foot spawn location.

defaults to chopper if your squad leader is dead I think

seems reasonable to me

if the pilot is good he can be better than your squad leader for deployment

if he bad, god help you

Ive been playing as SL and its still the chopper. hense why I ask beacuse I could be defending an are close to spawn only to find my self in a chopper flying to the opposite side of the map. lol

Oh i see yes squad leader even more important where you spawn.

At least they don't auto-make you join the game. You do have to specifically say you are ready/clcik deploy and so get a chance to glance at options and choose a deploy location.

lol like what 1 guy did to me and my squad took us to out of bounds 10 seconds move it dead. I mean like WTF.

yeah but the heat of battle defending a point and you click spawn pop in a chopper lol sucks

problem is even if they dont auto spawn on huey, u might be spawned to the wrong side of map, because often 2 spots to pick from.

That I look for tbh but on a single spawn point map I forget about the choppers. Beacuse on one spawn you have just the foot spawn point and on your next spawn you might have 2 choppers and foot spawn (and if this is in the heat of battle) You end up grids away from your original position.

Hense the OP. Altho it seems like it might be one of thoes learning things I have to be more aware of on sertan maps.
