Yes, it is crap and a decision I cannot comprehend either.
Also it's just a regular U.S. helmet that says Born to Test in black writing. There are like 5 or more other similar helmets to choose from and it's not very unique.
It's the only helmet stating "Born to test". The only one. Only = unique, in this context.
No, that's not correct. I bought the game and did not get the helmet; after refunding it and redeeming a beta key I got, I got the helmet DLC.

Damn, I never got the key. Is there a websight I can log into and retreve the key or is it lost in e-mail hell?
I was in wave 7 and 8 and the open beta.
