And regardless, the SCAR objectively does not sound like the AK in RS2, they're both using different sounds. Not to mention the AK12 in KF2 sounds different than both of them as well.
And in the next interview they clearly stated they used an AK47 for the sounds of the type 56 and AKM
With the money they have they can easily, hire people with class 3 license to record these guns.

In KF2 they actually used the right AK for KF2. As seen in the video the other person posted.
