Yeah very possible, but even this use "oh we know it's cliche in regards to Vietnam and that's why we do it" has been done so many times that it's groan-worthy by now.

It depends what do you mean by "Vietnam" feel. If you mean "Top 10 most overused songs in regards to Vietnam War" then yeah, try to be a bit more creative. Like I said in previous post - Vietcong had pretty nice soundtrack and for example it even had (of course) helicopter ride scene but it was set to The Stooges' I Wanna Be Your Dog, which has '60s feel to it but it's not overdone to death.
