Report a translation problem
If you signed up on their website you should have gotten a key as they have now handed out all out keys to anyone that signed up. I signed up in early 2016 and waited so long but never got invited.

Then I put the email key in my steam and it unlocked the helmet as a separate DLC.
Maybe I could have given the key to someone to play for a few hours but I used it for a silly helmet, I'm evil I know.
So bottom line, even if it feels dumb, you had to receive and activate email beta key to get the helmet, even if you prepurchased the game and played just as much as any other wave 7 beta tester
I was pretty long on the email list and missed many betas, finally getting in on wave 7 was pretty redundant because I got into the beta by preordering the game.
