Automate Race Day Mod?
I'm not to great with modding and have no clue where to even begin.
I know there are some mods out there to automate the race weekend and have the AI control the race strategy including pitting etc, and I would like to get a version of this that works with current version of the game.

Could anyone possibly point me in the right direction to make it so AI will control drivers and pitting and let me do the Management of the team like hiring and firing etc.

I know some people are going to say why etc, I have played tons doing the races and honestly perfer a simulation game where I can watch the race unfold and and hope for the best, then crack the whip outside of race day to try to make some improvements.

If you play with that and need it, you don´t need to buy that game or other Managers (like Football-Managers, Bicicle-Manager etcpp.).

If you play it correctly with all you have to do as a Team Manager (HQ and Race-Weekends) you don´t need that Mod. And than you can enjoy that Managers.

It is their game and they can play it how they want. Macromanagement mod is good for people that just want to run the front office side if things. It is also good for anyone trying an endurance mod that doesn't want to mess with all the little details of driving style and engine mode for 6-24 hrs of race time.

No micromanagement mod is good for those that don't want to manage the drivers, but still want to be involved in race strategy along with the front office duties. This one is also good for endurance mods.

Not exactly sure what you where trying to say here.
But I like auto racing. I don't enjoy the race management as much anymore, after 150 hours game time the raceday stuff bores me but the behind the scenes I still enjoy alot. So this mod is perfect for me, allows me to play the part I enjoy and skip the part I don't, but I like that it's not a straight up sim because I enjoy watching the cars race and see the passing etc.
As for other manager games, I don't want any game except MM which I own😊
So why waste money on another game based on something else I don't want to play like soccer. Nothing against soccer, but racing is my thing, not soccer😊

So I own the game that plays the way I wish it would and is about a sport I enjoy😊

I got everything I wanted out of this game will support devs if they make a MM2 for PC😊

I think managers should call the shots regarding pitstops so macromanagement mod was not an option for me.

Micro is more what I was after but I would still love to give tactical orders to the drivers. For example "we need to do 25 laps stint with these tires" which would make the driver to try to get 25 laps out of the current set of tires (the success of this call would depend on the driver ratings and your car of course). Or "give everything you got!" Which would make them use the tires effectively considering how many laps there are to the next pitstop/ until race end.

At the moment what is happening is that the AI isn't always very smart and burns up tires faster than necessary or doesn't use them to their full potential in any given situation.

Also because is the only way to win in some circumstances, mainly when you don’t have the top car. If you don’t control all race decisions, probably you will arrive 10th when you should arrive 4th, for example...

Thanks Hikuy and Tig_Green, that´s what I mean. If you manage it personally you can make more points or win. I play a challanges atm to get more adjustments, investors etc. in the Campagin-Mode.

If I let the AI doing that Challanges I would never get one. So I know why so many people can´t grow up in the Campains. I won 2 to 3 Times the ERS [Formula 3 / 4 from ICE-Mod / Fire-Mod which only make the Game more realistic] in a Row, only with mananaging the Cars personally in the Races (only long Races with the actually rules in the actually championship).
