Obviusly manually! Never used mod to do the setup. I can understand someone don't like to "waste" time in researching setup, but for me, simply, is not a "waste" of time, is the game!
Like you said, it´s no waste of time, that gives the game the life it need.
Hey buddy thanks for posting this, do you know if the auto driving style and engine mode will be coming along soon?
I've got no plans to do this, sorry. I only updated this fix because I used it and missed it.
I think I have the solution you are looking for; i've been digging through files trying to find what I need for it.
Currently the formula for Perfect Setup is
Setup = 99%
The ideal formula for Assisted Setup is
Setup = (Driver 1 Feedback + Driver 2 Feedback) / 40 * 100
Example
Setup = (20 + 20) / 40 * 100 = 100%
Setup = (4 + 8) / 40 * 100 = 30%
Setup = (12 + 15) / 40 * 100 = 67.5%
Alternatively if you wanted a minimum of 50% as your starting accuracy you'd have
Setup = ((Driver 1 Feedback + Driver 2 Feedback) / 20 * 25) + 50
Setup = ((20 + 20) / 20 * 25) + 50 = 100%
Setup = ((4 + 8) / 20 * 25) + 50 = 65%
Setup = ((12 + 15) / 20 * 25) + 50 = 83.75%
I know where to change it but can't work out where to draw the variable for driver feedback... if any of the other guys poking around wanna have a crack at implimenting it or pointing in the direction of the variable im trying to hook it would be good to give it a go.
*just to make sure, that is what the mod does right? Automatic 100% set up optimization but leaves you to run practice as you see fit?
