There comes a point in every man/women's life, where you just have to ask yourself; "Is it really worth it?".
Remember, there is no cure for stupidity. (I'm on your side by the way)
1) Year round fruit
2) You don't need to worry about hitting them with your axe while trying to clean around them.
3) If they don't grow or advance in quality, it's from something you placed, rather than something that you just can't freaking see! Yes, that's happened to me.
Also, I advise Pomegranets rather than peaches.. You'll need it in the wizard's buncle too and it fetches the same price.
See, there are ways to make easy money in Stardew Valley, but they aren't always easy to get TO. Ancient Fruit makes lots of reliable money that times quite nicely with Kegs but you still have to get that Ancient Seed artifact and grow a fruit and put it in a seed maker. These require foraging Level 4 but more importantly gold bars.
Everything really good in Stardew Valley is a lot of work to acquire, such as the bottle-neck for Kegs. It doesn't really MATTER how easy it is to gather the other reseources if you can't get enough Oak Resin, just as the reason you usually can't finish the Community Center until Year Two.is because of that one crop, Red Cabbage.
With Preserve Jars you can buy everything. That's great - if you're obscenely rich, because those babies use a LOT of wood and stone and coal. When it comes to purchasing your resources they're more expensive than Kegs. You always make your money back, but there's no Bank of Pelican Town to take a loan from.
Buying all your resources for Jars is 1420g each. Gotta spend money to make money.
I would never want to see myself cheat in such crappy manners. I prefer to play the whole game.
