Well with the steam fan patch, steam version is better than JAST because the patch fixed a lot of issue and add more.

Not sure if that applies here too or not, from where I came from there was a group of people who spreading a bad rumor about steam version, mainly about quality compare to JAST.

Well it depend when the rumor spread, because the steam version has the UI issue for some time, if the rumor spread before the fix, I think that is justify.
Also the fix doesn't fix everything issue the steam version has, including the phone word wrapping issue, engrish, poor upscaled CG and more. Thankfully the fan patch fix most of them and add more, like subtitles to the song in the VN.

Well it could be done, you just need to replace the character's s sprint, but it need a extractor because it has different format than JAST, people who have that I think is the committee of Zero, who made the fan patch, but don't know if they will give you.

Useless? I don't understand, it make it easy to read the messages, make us understand the lyrics of the songs. It is anything but useless lol.
