Can I play on Mac?

Ok. I know what you are already thinking "DUDE! JUST GET A FREAKIN PC YOU IDIO-" Well listen, buds, I'm currently stuck on the family Mac. So, I got Serious Sam HD with the Serious Sam Fusion, which has Mac support. Does that mean I can port Serious Sam HD on my Mac with that?

SSHD doesn't seem to have Mac support if Google is anything to go by. You can always refund stuff if it doesn't work.

Yes, if you install Fusion on your Mac, you will be able to play TFE HD there.
