They're fairly similar in a lot of ways, though I personally don't know who developed either of them. The art's credited to a "Wanaca" for this game and a "VioKa" for Demon Master Chris, at least. The game mechanics are broadly similar, with only a recover command (called "guard", but it has the effect "recover" did in Demon Master Chris) instead of both guard and recover, but also a new concentration meter (think super bar) for all characters.
Also, all of the characters/monsters have their own set of special abilities that provide passive bonuses, which I don't *think* was in Demon Master Chris? It's in my long, long list of games I own and never got around to doing more than seeing if they work, sadly.

And I doubth the dungeons will be as well made as they where in Legend of Grimrock to make exploring actually fun.
It would be fine, no one plays those games for the hentai anyway. :V
