Is this game yuri? It seems like a relationship between the knight and the fox would be likely, but there's no mention of that in the description.

One thing that I want to make sure before I dive into the game is whether or not the two MCs are purely with each other or not, because I became slightly unsure after reading Hella Yuri's description. Could you let me know?

No, though the amount differs significantly between the Steam version and unrated version. Even the Steam version has Yomi making out with another character and Ceri getting fondled by another character, though.
