[Bug Stops Assembling] A Assembling Bug on M4A3E8 Sherman

In sherman's engine compartment you are supposed to put 2 cord-like stuff after installing all the fuel tanks and radiators.
But the problem is that, if you installed the fuel tanks and the radiators first, the white assembling hint for the engine and radiator cover will completely block off player's sight from accessing the engine cabinet, making assembling it impossible.
Currently my workaround is not fully install the radiators, so the radiator cover hint does not block my access.
My suggestion is that, do not show the hint for covers when the bottom part is not fully assembled
I'm at 1.0.20 unstable branch for the moment

Also, there is only "Left Fuel tank panel" in shop, but it works as "right fuel tank panel" too
