Started the mission using the quad. Upon spawining at the site the quad shortly turned into the Jeep, then into the Quad again. Could get onto the quad but not start it, equipment was shaking on the quad, could barely pick the shovel from it.
After letting the tank being dug out i returned to my quad (Jeep icon on the minimap) to find it gone.

It should be located:

And save file in Steam game files, from:

Two Tiger E's at Halloween dig.

Two M3 half tracks at normal dig.

Finished paint on Jumbo appears black.

Three M2 Browning's on pintels disappeared in the Museum. They re-appeared when I disabled the Halloween event in game settings. Also, the paint scheme on the Jumbo returned to normal after disabling the Halloween event.
Character appeared by Quad at far north intersection and could not start quad.
Spotted a house-maybe far away from battlefield and tried running over for better look.

The "return to mission area" warning ran out of time and respawned with quad at south intersection & quad works. But now big map showed a 2nd quad still up at north intersection and closer inspection showed it on mini-map too but that quad wasn't there!

And then I dug up the tank which appeared at normal level, pressing G only showed 2 MG.
But after calling for tow service that's when the tanks duplicated with one sitting below the one I dug up. Pressing G did not show extra MG on tank underneath. Both tanks could be cleaned independently but only the one you picked to get towed would be selected.
Picked bottom tank and the top tank floated in the air, must've be on a witches broom?

The tank seemed to be normal in workshop until I stripped it down and took a look.
Tank Analysis shows this tank still has... 2 Hulls! Whoa!!!

Devs I got save files before event mission and pre/post workshop repairs.
Edit:
I can tell when there is going to be a problem now. Every time I find two of anything, there is a 20 second pause before I can move when I arrive at the dig site. The shovel in the jeep also freaks out at the start
