Adding The recovered prop guns to vehicles.
So I have an M3 halftrack I restored, but it didn't have the machine gun mounted. I have one in my props tab, but don't see any way to mount it on the vehicle. I haven't played in a long time, but I seem to remember that you used to be able to do this with extra weapons you had recovered. Did they change this?

Thx.

First, while standing close to the tank/vehicle, middle mouse click (or press R) to open your radial menu. Then click the top option, Tanks status menu. At the bottom, you will see 4 white buttons, click on "resupply". click the triangle on the right side of "machine guns", then click "mount".

Congratulations, you're done!

Yeah, I remember the time it was as simple as adding other tank parts, but now it has moved to the Resupply menu. Call up tank status window and near the 'sell tank' button there's 'resupply', click it and you'll know what's next.

Note you can't put tank ammo from your inventory in there, you need to sell it from inventory and buy through the resupply menu. Few days ago I also found out when you put a tank with ammo in it into the museum, all the ammo goes back to your inventory, so I think it's best to wait until that's fixed to think of resupplying tanks. MGs stay where they are, though.

The part where the ammo goes back to your inventory seems to have been fixed. It was happening not only when putting the tank in the museum, but actually also when you entered the museum/warehouse and there were tanks there with ammo inside. Today I went through all the warehouses (which I previously avoided) and I can confirm the ammo stays in the tanks.

Thx! I figured there was a way that I just wasn't using.
There's your way, my way, and Play Way's way of doing things, and theirs usually makes the least sense, lol. :steamdeadpan:

Oh boy, you’ve not seen, Graviteam’s Steel Armour Blaze of War, UI. Everyone was completely foxed by the games random “press pause to resume” we’re all pressing Enter,Escape,Spacebar. Nope. Eventually just alt+tab or just close the prog losing your game. Turns out it it’s the “pause button” Top row of the keyboard - of course it is, how stupid of us!…….
