An issue regarding frame stuttering and major lag

When I am in my garage i experience major frame stuttering. However this only happens while looking towards the garage doors that lead outside. It also stutters a lot while outside. But the game runs perfectly when looking from the office towards the paint room and the back of the garage, but when i get closer to the paint room it starts stuttering again.

The problem shouldn't be a hardware issue since i could run the game perfectly before on max settings. I tried to turn down the graphics to the worst settings but that didn't fix it. I also haven't encountered this problem before, but I have been struggling with it for a couple weeks now. I would really like for a dev to address this issue. I could propably provide a video about it but don't really know how to make one.

Can you check htis problem on new profile? A one that will not have tanks at all?

I found the problem. It was Vsync that made the game stutter. I came to the conclusion that it was propably interfering with my monitors Freesync.

Does it happen in any other game for you?

not to my knowledge. I have Vsync enabled in most of my other games and it doesnt affect them in any way

Ok then it is time to check to basic settings in our game, maybe we just use it in wrong way at all
