All you guys are correct, the part is indeed missing from the tank parts shop and from the blueprint, but as Trebor suspected - it's also having the wrong assignment. But fear not, it is replaceable by part A. Here's what I did - went to the scrapyard and was lucky to find a STUG. Bought it and brought it to the workshop:

Crafted the missing parts (yes I do have the blueprint) to reach the missing Part B:

Then went a crafted a Part A:

And installed it in the wrong place, namely in place of part B:

Hope this helps as a workaround so you won't have to sell your tank. If you don't have the blueprint then I suggest buying part A from the tank parts shop.
There's only a downside to it - now I have to fully restore the STUG, I can't just leave it like that :))))
Note: After removing the installed part B I checked the inventory and it's there but labeled as part A - just like I crafted it. Installed it in its rightful place as part A without any issue. Removed it and installed it back as Part B. Therefore Part A counts both as A & B.
After reaching this conclusion I thought was I correct in suggesting to buy part A from the tank parts workshop ? So I did:

Bought a rusty part A, while the crafted part A was in its rightful place. I was able to place the rusted part A in place of the missing part B.
in one of my replys i did say that cover a and pipe b works for the engine cover B and cooling pipe D, just buy them from the shop and it will work
haha no worries, thanks for your screenshots, least it will give people options on how to get around the problem. like trebor said they wasnt able to fix this issue so least people can still repair the tank.
