Panther V connecting hose

I've found a tank (Panther V) as well as having had a contract to repair one. There is a problem with the connecting hose in the engine. There are two of these connecting hoses. The one of the left is no problem, the one on the right has a huge bug. I sold all of the connecting hoses. Then tried to buy a painted hose in the tank parts shop. When you go to assemble it, it shows up as a rusted hose. Then outsourced the repair to a fully painted hose. Again it shows up as a rusted hose. Got rid of it and then crafted the part. Same thing, it shows up as a rusted connecting hose. This means that you cannot repair the tank to 100%, nor can you put it in your museum.
Any suggestions? (PS: Have tried restarting the game numerous times - still no joy).

I know that the next patch coming out of the Beta branch and into Live has some Panther fixes, but no idea if this is one. If you can , go in-game and jump over to their site and do a bug report or post a comment on this. Maybe they can get a fix in ( If someone does not have a work around soon) on the next update .
