If player does not want to unscrew all of them, and does not care about the state of the part, he can use the tool there to speed up things.
The disadvantage is that the part gets a bit damaged, so the player will need to pay more money to fix it.
Indeed not. Parts attached to the tank you can 'Fix', by Unrusting, Sanding, and Primering them. That's concidered 'Fixing' it. But the stuff you can't Unrust and says you need to replace, or parts you remove cause you don't want to manually use the tools yourself, you have to outsource or rebuy new. Luckily there are skills that quickly cut the price of outsourcing, tho the 1.75x doesn't change to reflect the price change. Best way to see it is to check the price, then buy the 10% first skill, or even going to the 25% second skill and then checking the price and noticing it's much smaller now. I was able to go from costing $10k, to $5kish price picking up one of those skills. Was worth the skill point.
And it can be faster to just dissassmble things, especially when using the hammer/grinder.
In the End you get more money and prestige because you fix tanks faster.
The Tiger is a good example of a tank that is fixed way faster when using the angle grinder to remove all the wheel parts.
