Why is it stuck at 84% when loading?

Who knows where the article on solving the problem is. I'm looking forward to this game, but I can't play it because of this problem.

Try disabling your firewall/antivirus software, as it may interfere with our game. Or try disconnecting your internet. And maybe try lowering refresh rate of your screen to 60Hz.

It's still stuck at 84%. Will there be updates to fix this bug later? If there is, I will look forward to updating. I'll try again if I don't.

We are trying to fix this issue. Need some time for that.

Can you post video from the bug and share with us your DXdiag and output log?
