Common issues and fixes

Currently we are aware about two major issues and we have working on fixing them.
We would like to ask you to hold your negative reviews and try one of the workarounds for the bugs:

Possible solution for crashes:

RUN THE GAME AS ADMINISTRATOR

Right click the game in your Steam Library.
Go to "Properties" then the "Local Files" tab.
Click "Browse Local Files."
Locate the game executable (TankMechanicSimulator.exe).
Right click it and go to "Properties."
Click the "Compatibility" tab.
Check the "Run this program as an administrator box."
Click Apply.
Once you have done this, restart Steam and try launching the game again.

For crashing issue:
Also, if you set graphics Custom Settings in menu, make sure Texture Streaming option is disabled (set it off). Due to instability with random system configuration, this option will be fully disabled (inactive) in the next patches.

After the 370mb update on February 25, there was a problem that the StuG 40 Ausf. G guns were missing and could not be installed, but my warehouse had complete accessories. Before the update, my tank was assembled and put in the museum.

The parts shop is missing parts for Sherman's engine, like the right exhaust manifold.

It was missing from the engine and I could not buy it. Only the option to buy all parts helped. Unfortunately this option gives 1.75x price.
I think the map on the magnetometer display is too small.

Faktycznie, po aktualizacji ciężko jest z drabiny wskoczyć na czołg i wieżyczkę.
Znalazłem też błędy w wyświetlaniu w menu muzeum.
W sklepie z częściami brakuje części do silnika Shermana, jak prawego kolektora wydechowego. Brakowało go w silniku i nie mogłem go dokupić. Jedynie opcja zakup wszystkie części pomogła. Niestety ta opcja daje 1.75x cena.
Wydaje mi się, że mapka na wyświetlaczu magnetometru jest za mała.

The achievement about renovating the tanks remain locked while I already unlock the specific tank achievement. e.g. I unlock the Tough Guy which is to renovate the M26 but the achievement of renovating the first tank is still locked.

When i go to buy parts from the computer 1 in 4 times the items don't show up in my inventory and can't be used, the only reliable way I have for buying parts is buying them in bulk at the 1.75x price.

What achievement do you mean exactly? The specific renovating achievements unlock only if the tanks are put in the museum afterwards.

Yes, I already unlocked the specific renovating achievements, but the achievements of certain number of renovations did not unlock, like renovating 1 tank or 10 tanks, there are still locked

Ah k those ones, now I've seen them on the list too. Mhh mine are locked too. There's a russian achievement guide but it's rather useless in that case. Looks like he unlocked 1 or two of those kind but dind't exactly know how...

One more thing, I see the global statistics of all the achievements and it said that 0% player unlock those achievements. This should be a bug...

Could be, what I have in mind, or better what I'll try is; using a scrap tank with only blueprint parts or an excavated one. But I only bought the blueprint for the "Eisenschwein" (SdKfz 251) cause this spawned pretty rarely. I'm not rly into this "blueprint" thing, cause those are pretty expensive... I think this is closest to "renovation" (in the meaning of some kind of rebuilt or restoration) unless there's an option to buy "blank" tank hulls (turrets, motors etc).
The other thing is that I'm not rly sure if I ever sold a completely renovated tank. I'll try this too.

Mhh maybe its rly broken or ♥♥♥♥♥ tricky. I'm about to fulfill one contract, but this time with guns equipted, liquids filled and a paintjob. Those 3 things I'll test with the job u did too.
Meanwhile I've got some trouble gettin' this custom radio to work... it just plays one song. Then it'll be one cd as one track, hope the program has no prob with big files, of course it has to be wav format... damn (and no, ogg won't work).

Same issue as Drokk and Zarof. I have the KV-2 blueprints and then bought the Panter ones, and only the KV-2 parts show in the crafting table. I can select the panter on the crafting table but the parts to available for crafting don't change (the KV-2 parts remain).

BTW, I was going to report this on the http://tankmechanicsimulator.com/ site, but it doesn't have any security (no https, etc.) and I didn't feel comfortable to register with my personal information.

I noticed the items take a moment to load, if you switch the selection in that time it will only show the parts of the first tank. What worked for me was waiting for the parts of the first selection to load or select it a again and switch to the second one afterwards.

StuG III 40 Ausf. G is missing its turret,engine and wheel piece. When I buy the pieces I can't put them on. So I guess they are there but bugged.
