Stuck on plumbing room underneath church square

Using the wrench guy I accidentally flooded the bottom of the plmbing room before I could get the last red wrench? Do I have to start the whole game over or is there a way to get it?

If you do that, while watching the flooding alongside you, the wrench guy will spit an extra wrench out of his mouth onto the ground, which you will automatically pick up—so it’s in your inventory.
