Controls are scuffed with knuckles, I need to hold left stick to move, settings menu is unsuable, rotation doesn't exist. Any way to fix that?

Loving the game so far but I'm stuck at one part - the man you're suppose to free upstairs. There's an item in front of his cage and the ONLY thing I can see and hear in the room, but I just can't reach it. I've been trying to change my guardian floor height and mess with some settings, and even tried restarting the game but no luck. If anyone else can let me know if there's some kind of fix to this issue, it would be GREATLY appreciated....

Like the others who have published the same thing, I have already updated audio dirvers and restarted the computer, but it still does not work, it does not open the game ... help :(

How do you save the game ? I quit a few minutes after finding the first 'gear' , but when I started today, I began in the same room without the gear... Thanx
