Turok 1 and Turok 2 had PC ports, to my knowledge, these Nightdive re-releases are based on reverse-engineered versions of them. It is possible but very unlikely that we'll see Rage Wars or Turok 3.
As for Evolution, its PC port was incredibly poor, being worse than the PS2 and even lacking multiplayer which was simply hidden in the menu and has no net-code. I do not know if we'll ever see a re-release of it, which is a shame because its the one needing its PC version fixed the most.
I dunno, never say never.
Ok but even Turok 2 mp was amazing. If we had online multiplayer for that it would be sweet!
Having the original trilogy (+Rage Wars) on one platform would be amazing.
Also, are we actually sure this is a port of the PC version of Turok? Or are we just assuming? We do know this game started development as a port of the Nintendo 64-version at least.
i've been in good contact with kaiser all through out beta testing, he's probably one of the nicest dudes ever.
And no this isn't a port of the PC version, it's on a whole brand new engine which takes the best of both the N64 and PC version and molds them into one.
it'll be a fresh new experience.
